Speed changes to FOX Sports 1 and launches August 17, 2013 (Aug 21)
Fox Sports 1 has changed the name from Speed and has a new updated format. You can find the new Fox Sports 1 on Rainier Connect channel 28 and you can check out the programming highlights by following the link below.
Rainier Connect Customers Can Now Add Cable TV Programming and Phone Features to Existing Services (Jul 23)
You can now easily make changes to your Rainier Connect account online. Simply log into your account and add services through any online connection. Once logged in, simply select the “Order Products & Services” tab to view your options.
Local Non-Profit Selected for Rainier Connect’s $10,000 Technology Makeover (May 29)
Rainier Connect and AMS Technology presented the Multicultural Child and Family Hope Center of Tacoma with a $10,000 Technology Makeover.
Ohop Light Scheduled Outage on May 22, 2013 at 11pm (May 22)
Are you an Ohop Mutual Light Company customer? This is a reminder that they have a planned power outage beginning tonight at 11:00pm until 6:00am tomorrow morning. Rainier Connect customers outside of the Ohop service area will not be affected except for a limited number of homes in the area of SR 161/Meridian from 376th south to 400th.
To ensure a clear signal to channel 113-Fox HD, channels 109-KCTS HD, 119-V-ME, and 123 Qubo have temporarily been turned down until May 28 (May 15)
Some of our cable TV customers have been experiencing interference issues on channel 113 Fox HD. In order to ensure a strong signal, we have turned down the HD channels 109 KCTS, 119 V-ME, and 123 Qubo. The analog KCTS channel 9 will continue without interruption during this time.
