Rainier Connect Lobbies to Close beginning March 17th

Keeping you connected is our primary focus. As the Coronavirus situation unfolds, we want to let you know we will continue providing you reliable service so you can stay connected to your family and community. 

Our office lobbies will close beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, to help our staff maintain safe social distances. We have made additional adjustments to help lessen the impact to our customers:

Equipment:

If you need new equipment or to exchange equipment, we continue to offer shipping. We will also offer free porch drop off to limit contact between customers and our staff.

In home installations:

If you need a technician to visit your home, we will ask screening questions at the time you schedule your visit and again before we enter your home. Our technicians will have gloves and masks to provide an extra layer of protection.

If you do have any positive symptoms, we will require the visit to be postponed for 14 days and until all symptoms are no longer present. Please understand that inside a home is a higher risk situation for our technicians and we need to limit their exposure

We are checking the health of our staff daily. Technicians will not be attending work if they exhibit symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus. We have an exceptionally generous paid time off package that will maintain the security and well-being of our employees while they take time off to heal.
