Rainier Connect Customers Can Now Add Cable TV Programming and Phone Features to Existing Services

You can now easily make changes to your Rainier Connect account online. Simply log into your account and add services through any online connection. Once logged in, simply select the “Order Products & Services” tab to view your options. In addition to viewing your current services, you can also make changes such as:

  • Upgrade to a higher-cable TV package.
  • Add premium channels and subscription packages to your Cable TV.
  • Add the HD package to your Cable TV.
  • Add additional calling features to your existing plan including:

Caller Id/Callwaiting
Select Call Rejection
Anonymous Call Rejection
Basic Voicemail
Unified Voicemail
