Adding South Puget Sound Coverage and Colocation Services to Rainier Connect
Rainier Connect, a gigabit fiber and broadband services company, today announced it has acquired ReachONE Internet. ReachONE Internet is an Internet and colocation services provider to customers in Lacey, Olympia, and communities in Grays Harbor, Mason, and Pacific Counties.
Founded in 1997, ReachONE Internet built a profitable business providing Internet and colocation services to customers in the South Puget Sound and surrounding rural communities.
“The acquisition of ReachONE Internet strengthens Rainier Connect’s regional presence as a leading provider of Internet services and it’s commitment to bringing technology to underserved communities in the South Puget Sound,” said Brian Haynes, Rainier Connect CEO.
Rainier Connect has hired all existing ReachONE staff and plans to maintain it’s presence in the current Lacey office.
Customers can expect the same great service they experienced with ReachONE and the greater bandwidth that comes with a Regional ISP provider. Upgrades have already begun to update existing equipment and the company plans to be able to deliver gigabit speeds to customers in the next year.
Transition plans will not impact current ReachONE Internet customers. Services will continue without interruption as operations are merged with Rainier Connect.
Rainier Connect is committed to ensuring the smoothest transition possible. Current ReachONE Internet customers can call 360.456.5640 with any questions regarding their service.
