We will be upgrading your account and services in the next month.
The first upgrade will be to your phone service on 11/23/2015. There will not be a price increase*, but you will notice some changes to your voicemail.
Please make sure to check your voicemail the night of 11/22/2015, as voicemails will not be transferred to the new voicemail box. Any custom feature may not be transferred and you may need to set them up after the upgrade is complete.
To log into your new voicemail system, from your phone, you can dial *98. Your password will be set to the default of 000000.

Your upgraded voicemail system gives you access to online controls as well, click here to access your Comportal. Enter your phone number and password. Your password will be set to the default of 000000 until you log in via phone or from the Comportal link. Comportal is a visual way to manage your voicemail, and you can even have messages forwarded to your email.
What will change with the billing system upgrade?
Your first new statement will be generated effective 12/1/15. This statement will include charges from 12/1/15-12/31/15 and will have a due date of the 20th of each month. Going forward your statements will be generated at the beginning of each month and payments are due by the 20th. If you were previously on quarterly, bi-annual, or annual billing you will now be billed monthly.
Any balances on your account as of 11/23/15 will be brought over to the new statements, which will include any payments, credits or charges.
If your account is currently paid with automatic credit card payment, this will be deducted on the 5th of the month.
If you currently receive your statements by postal mail, you will continue to do so.
If you currently receive your statements by email and utilize the online billing system, the information and the way you log in will be different.
The first time you log in, you will need your new account number, which will be provided on the first statement notification that you receive.
The password needed to access the online billing will be the same password you are currently using for the portal access. If you are not able to remember this password, or are not able to log in using this the first time, we will be able to reset it for you.
