Phishing Email Reported (Dec 19)
We have reports that some Rainier Connect customers have received an email from bigbltd@tncweb.ca or undisclosed-recipients with a Subject: Case File, followed by a random number. The message states that we apologize for the inconvenience and that we recently upgraded our database system.

Phishing Email-Error Alert (Jan 31)
We have customers reporting that they have received a phishing email stating it is sent from us with the subject line "Error Alert." This message is not from Rainier Connect, please put it in your spam folder and do not click any links. Our support team is aware and is working on blocking this sender. 
Upcoming Maintenance on the Click! Network (Jan 12)
Click! will be performing maintenance to upgrade the core router. All maintenance will be conducted in standard maintenance window of 1:30am-6:00am. During maintenance windows, customers on the Click! Network can anticipate a range of impacts, from slowed speeds to intermittent connections to the inability to connect to the Internet.

Network Maintenance 6/21/16 12am-6am, All Services Impacted (Jun 15)
We will be performing network maintenance on 6/21/16 between 12:00 am - 6:00 am. This maintenance will impact all customers.  The services below will be impacted during the maintenance window: • All ethernet customers.  • All DSL customers. • All IP based voice services including Digital Voice subscribers.

Adding South Puget Sound Coverage and Colocation Services to Rainier Connect Rainier Connect, a gigabit fiber and broadband services company, today announced it has acquired ReachONE Internet. ReachONE Internet is an Internet and colocation services provider servicing customers in Lacey, Olympia, and communities in Grays Harbor, Mason, and Pacific Counties.
