If you are an ISP customer on the Click! Network and received a letter from Tacoma Public Utilities, please be aware that you will need to change your service provider to Rainier Connect.
2019Phishing Email Reported (Dec 6)
We have reports that some Rainier Connect customers have received an email with Subjects of: Incoming Emails or Warning. The message requests that you validate email by clicking a link. This message is not from Rainier Connect, DO NOT CLICK ON ANY LINKS. We recommend that you mark this message as spam, and ignore.
Public-Private Partnership with Click! Network Approved (Nov 6)
Tacoma, WA: Rainier Connect, a local, family-owned high-speed internet and cable TV provider, is pleased to announce that they have partnered with the Click! Network. The final long-term lease or indefeasible right of use (IRU) agreement allows Rainier Connect to provide internet, cable TV, and phone services over the Click! Network.

2017Phishing Email Reported (Dec 19)
We have reports that some Rainier Connect customers have received an email from email@example.com or undisclosed-recipients with a Subject: Case File, followed by a random number. The message states that we apologize for the inconvenience and that we recently upgraded our database system.
