Public-Private Partnership with Click! Network Approved (Nov 6)
Tacoma, WA: Rainier Connect, a local, family-owned high-speed internet and cable TV provider, is pleased to announce that they have partnered with the Click! Network. The final long-term lease or indefeasible right of use (IRU) agreement allows Rainier Connect to provide internet, cable TV, and phone services over the Click! Network.

We have reports that some Rainier Connect customers have received an email from email@example.com or undisclosed-recipients with a Subject: Case File, followed by a random number. The message states that we apologize for the inconvenience and that we recently upgraded our database system.

Phishing Email-Error Alert (Jan 31)
We have customers reporting that they have received a phishing email stating it is sent from us with the subject line "Error Alert." This message is not from Rainier Connect, please put it in your spam folder and do not click any links. Our support team is aware and is working on blocking this sender.
Upcoming Maintenance on the Click! Network (Jan 12)
Click! will be performing maintenance to upgrade the core router. All maintenance will be conducted in standard maintenance window of 1:30am-6:00am. During maintenance windows, customers on the Click! Network can anticipate a range of impacts, from slowed speeds to intermittent connections to the inability to connect to the Internet.
