Brian Haynes, President & CEO

Brian became the President & CEO of Rainier Connect in 2007. Growing up in the family business taught him more than simply how to run a competitive telecommunication company, it taught him family values and the importance of being part of and contributing to creating great communities.

A Lakewood native, Brian left home to study entrepreneurship at Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island.

Brian believes in being a conduit for connecting neighbors and the local community to create resilient, thriving places to live. His involvement in the community ranges from sponsoring low cost internet access to local reduced lunch students to serving on the Board of Directors for both the Tacoma Angel Network and the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber of Commerce.

Danielle Clausen, Controller

Keeping us on track is Danielle';s task. From payroll to FCC and NECA filings, she stays on top of every detail. Danielle also works with the management team in keeping us on a clear path of stability, profitability, and success.

Danielle was born and raised in Itta Bena, Mississippi and has multiple degrees in business and accounting:

  • Master in Business Administration, University of Phoenix
  • Bachelor of Science, Accounting, Mississippi University
  • Bachelor of Science, Psychology, Mississippi State University

Prior to joining Rainier Connect, Danielle worked in public accounting. She is also licensed in Washington as a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Washington Society of CPA';s, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Amanda Singleton, Customer Care Manager

Making sure your needs are taken care of is Amanda's area of expertise. She oversees our Customer Care department, Support, commercial sales in Centralia/Chehalis, and leads the quality assurance team. Amanda has been with the company since 1999. She joined us after graduating from high school with and Associate of Arts degree from Centralia Community College (Running Start Program).

Ben Miller, Network Operations Manager

Ben has been with us since 2006, when he started as a Network Technician. He has a gift for diagnosing network issues and unparalleled expertise in his ability to support, service, troubleshoot, and lead our technical staff through virtually all facets of the telecommunications arena.

A resident of Olympia, Ben attended South Puget Sound Community College, and has more than 12 years of experience working for service providers. He has a healthy curiosity in telecommunications advancements that keeps him in on touch with cutting edge technologies.

Lorie Lee, Sales & Marketing Manager

Lorie leads our marketing, sales, and communication teams. She guides our advertising campaigns, sponsorships, and even Customer Appreciation week. With more than 15 years of experience in public relations, sales and marketing, Lorie provides a strong foundation to to set the sales and marketing strategy for Rainier Connect. Lorie has a degree in Marketing from Gonzaga University and has specialized in high-tech and professional services for most of her career. She offers expertise in strategic and crisis communication, event planning, and social media strategy.
