Maintenance Scheduled on 3/21/2014 from 1am-4am (Mar 20)
We will be performing routine maintenance on 3/21/2014 from 1am-4am. This maintenance will impact hosted websites and hosted PBX phone services. Normal services are expected to resume at 4am.

The Filipino Channel (611) Offered Free of Charge Until November 15th (Nov 12)
Our hearts go out to all those affected by Typhoon Yolanda. In response to this emergency in the Philippines following Super Typhoon Yolanda, we are offering our cable TV customers The Filipino Channel (611) free until November 15th.
New Channels Launch 11/8 (Nov 6)
We had previously announced the following cable channel changes for launch on 11/6. We have encountered a short delay in that transition and customers will receive the updated changes on 11/8. The changes include:
Cable Music Change on November 1 - 6 (Oct 31)
We are changing our provider for the music on our cable TV system. On November 1, 2013, DMX music will no longer be our music provider. We will replace it with Galaxie on November 6, 2013. Music will be available on channels 900-950 and it's an expanded selection. Please do not be alarmed when those channels are not broadcasting music for that 6 day period.
Email Outage (Oct 24)
We are currently experiencing an email outage. Customers are reporting that they are not able to send or receive messages at this time. Our technical staff is aware of the issues and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Offices Closing Early 10/24/13 (Oct 24)
The Rainier Connect offices will be closing early this afternoon so that staff can attend an all company meeting in our Eatonville office. The Tacoma office will close at 3:00pm and the Eatonville office will close at 4:00pm. If you need to reach us during this time, please leave a message, as we will have team members returning calls after the meeting.
