This is our Consumer Promise

"Local Service Guarantee" means Rainier Connect will provide one month local phone service guarantee credit, which includes all recurring items of local phone service billed on the customer's current bill when Rainier Connect fails to provide specified levels of customer service. The program provides for credits to all residential and single line business customers' bills when we do not meet the following service standards:

  • Missed Service Commitment
  • Service Outages of more than 24 hours
  • Repeat Customer Requests
