Human Resource Manager

Nancy joined Rainier Connect in 2005 and is responsible for the entire range of personnel administration and employee relations activity in the organization. She has over 20 year of experience in human resource management, which she has applied to a number of industries including automotive parts manufacturing, check printing and telecommunications.

As Human Resource Manager, Nancy hopes to attract and retain the best employees for Rainier Connect, matching them with positions where they can leverage their strengths and talents to maintain Rainier Connect’s position as the premier provider of telecommunication services for South Pierce County.
