Mark Carrier joined Rainier Connect in 1996, after the company he co-founded, Local Access Communications, was purchased by Rainier Connect. Since then, Mark has taken on the responsibility of all company contracts as Regulatory & Compliance Manager. A natural entrepreneur, Mark has over 32 combined years in the restaurant, insurance, real estate and telecommunications industries.

It is his goal to provide the best possible service experience for all Rainier Connect customers, while helping the company to grow while maintaining a stable, profitable financial position.
