Kelly Wienholz

Customer Care Manager

Kelly Wienholz started with the Rainier Connect Customer Care department in 1997. In this time, through a demonstrated track record of solution delivery and cost reduction, she had excelled to become the company's Customer Care Manager.

In this position, Kelly oversees the daily operations impacting customer relation and billing services; training, motivating, and managing all customer service, residential sales, and dispatch service team members.

After working for Rainier Connect for over a decade, Kelly made it her goal to create a team committed to providing reliable, quality customer service with respect, honesty and integrity while maintaining a fun work environment.
